FIRE UP comes with free masterclass at the start of the program to give you what you need to match up your PHYSICAL TRAINING with what you eat!
Our Fitness Program is ONLINE and LIVE! However, if your time difference can’t make it, you can access all the live videos on our VAULT that you can do in the comfort of your own home anytime that week!
Fire up is for any woman who has some training background. However, if you don’t, don’t be discouraged. Give yourself the chance to try. Exercises are tailored at a level for MOST, but for the more challenging ones, she will always give level options until you build your own strength to level up. She has got you COVERED!

The weekly classes are streamed live and recorded. Anyone joining can access those weekly videos and REPEAT them to their heart’s content to maximize the results.
