What is Grace.y? This is who I am and how it all started.
Grace.y was founded by Krista Bowler in 2021. A professional Contemporary dancer, a fitness Personal Trainer, a mother to 4 babies & an intuitive healer led her to accumulate 40 years of juice that would be crazy not to SHARE!
Krista also known as Grace.y, has dedicated the last year to putting together all of her life’s work as a dancer, a fitness trainer, a healer & a mother into a multitude of programs to inspire and spark a radical change in your life. Although some programs are dedicated more strongly to either the physical, the mental, or the soul level, her techniques have now transformed to include a deeper healing element within all strands she offers.

“My creative flow has been a gift from above since I was a child, but it was after recovering from severe Postnatal Depression (PND) through birthing my babies that this authentic fire sparked, and I consolidated my purpose here on planet Earth!
Inspiration gushed through me and Grace.y as a name, a brand, and a lifestyle was born. Now it is time to share my professional and life experiences with you to give something back to women who, in any way, feel they are not themselves. I want to help you to motivate you both physically and psychologically in order to be the strongest version of yourself.”
Grace.y's professional background and work.
She trained and worked with leading choreographers, and pioneered Contemporary Dance in Dubai through CDD. She danced and worked with thousands of dedicated people, personally trained, and taught hundreds of beautiful souls. She lived and worked abroad for 20 years, trained as a healer over the last decade. It’s safe to say that she has a multitude of wisdom over so many spectrums that would help create a spark of magic in someone’s life physically, mentally and on a deep soul level.
